GRAMMY & EMMY Winner film composer and guitarist Claudio Ragazzi has been writing award-winning music for film and television, scoring dozens of projects and performing with some of today’s most respected musicians at renowned concert halls around the world.

As a composer, Claudio has scored critically acclaimed films such as Next Stop Wonderland, The Blue Diner, Casa de los Babys (with Mason Daring), and Francis Ford Coppola’s Tetro (with Osvaldo Golijov). His music is featured in Something’s Gotta Give and numerous award-winning documentaries and TV productions, including PBS’s American Experience and NOVA, as well as programs for Discovery Channel, National Geographic, and Telemundo.

As a player, Claudio has performed at iconic venues like Carnegie Hall, the Hollywood Bowl, and the Blue Note Jazz Club in New York and Tokyo. He has shared the stage with legendary artists such as Yo-Yo Ma, Gary Burton, Branford Marsalis, Regina Carter, and Paquito D’Rivera.

As a teacher, Claudio brings his vast experience to Berklee College of Music, where he inspires the next generation of composers as a professor of film composition.
